These Terms govern your use of zuvriat.com and our travel services. By using the site or booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Legal Compliance

We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism', Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising', Law of Ukraine No. 3494-IX 'On Personal Data Protection', and Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is due at booking unless agreed otherwise. We use secure payment methods.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by service and are shown before you confirm. Refunds are processed within 14 days, subject to the service terms and consumer protection law.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where prohibited by law. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury from negligence, or fraud.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in Ukrainian courts, unless consumer laws provide otherwise. Consumers may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and courts.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is posted here. Continued use means acceptance.
